On Monday, October 29, Pennsylvania Highlands Community College in Johnstown held a safe trick-or-treat for children and families.
Activities included crafts, a haunted hallway, and of course lots of candy.
Students and Facility from the college volunteered to create this huge event. Last Halloween, Penn Highlands had around 700 people participate, and this year, they had over 1,200 people came to the college to enjoy the activities.
