State Police are investigating a situation out of Somerset County after a tractor trailer backed over someone.
It happened just after 4 p.m. Thursday near the 700 block of Hooversville Road in Quemahoning Township.
According to dispatch, that road is closed in both directions.
There is no word yet on the condition of the victim.
