WARRIORS MARK, HUNTINGDON COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — State police tell WTAJ that, James Byerly, 38, was killed in a car accident near the area of State Route 45 and Spruce Creek Road.

Officials tell us Byerly’s compact car was traveling westbound and crossed over the yellow line striking a large farm truck.

The farm truck traveled approximately 100 yards where it came to final rest off the roadway of the Eastbound lane.

Byerly was not wearing a seatbelt, he was transported by helicopter to UPMC Altoona, where he was later pronounced dead.

The driver of the truck was not injured.
