One person injured in Bedford crash.

State Police in Bedford are investigating a crash that occurred on Big Creek Road at 9:20 a.m. Thursday.

Susie Eby was driving south of Big Creek Road when she left the road for an unknown reason and hit a tree off the southbound shoulder.

The car then caught fire, and Eby was taken from the car by a passerby.

Eby was flown to Conemaugh Memorial Hospital for lower extremity injuries and a head injury.
