A Somerset County mobile home park is having trouble finding a new owner after a string of arsons and legal trouble.
Cherry Lane Estates went up for sale Tuesday, but no one bid on the property.
There have been 13 arsons and 2 attempted arsons there in less than 4 months.
Plus, the park was recently sued by somerset borough for refusing to pay water and sewer bills for years.
The borough is also fighting to have the trailers damaged by the fires cleaned up.
