News conference to announce homicide arrest scheduled for 3 p.m. today.

The Blair County District Attorney Richard Consiglio and Altoona Police Chief Janice Freehling will be speaking at a news conference to announce the arrest of Michael Copley for the homicide of his wife, Catherine Copley.

The news conference will be at the Blair County District Attorney’s Office in Hollidaysburg.
