More competition for Sheetz in Altoona after a new Rutter’s location officially opened their doors Wednesday morning.
The new site is located on 6th Avenue where the old Kings restaurant used to be.
It’s now the 3rd Rutter’s in Blair County.
The opening kicked off with members of the Allegheny Township Fire Department raising the American flag outside of the store.
A grand opening celebration will be held on March 21.
