A new restaurant is opening in downtown Johnstown.
Balance Restaurant will be located at 415 Main Street, the former site of RJ’s Cafe & Lounge.
The new owner, Amanda Artim, said the restaurant will serve healthier grab-and-go options during the day and dinner will feature shared small plates.
Artim said it’s been her dream to open a restaurant for about 15 years.
“Cities can be such a lively place to be. There are so many people working downtown. I can’t wait to be a part of the business community,” said Artim.
Demolition starts on Tuesday, October 31. The new restaurant is set to open in late February or early March 2018.
