A Centre County township is preparing to build a new public works building.
The number of people working for the public works staff in Ferguson Township has more than doubled since 1982.
That’s why they’re turning the current building into a stroage facility, and constructing a new building for staff from the ground up.
The public works director says this change won’t just improve things for the current staff, but it will also ensure future growth.
