The judge who was scheduled to preside over the next Beta Theta Pi trial recused himself from the case Thursday.
Judge Jonathan Grine announced his recusal after a conflict was brought to his attention.
The courthouse has not commented on the conflict.
Judge Brian Marshal, who was previously assigned to all non-trial matters in Beta Theta Pi cases, will take over for Grine.
