A Johnstown detective has resigned after he was arrested Wednesday.
According to the Captain of the Johnstown Police Department, Daniel Fisher Jr. handed in his resignation Friday.
An investigation was first opened into Fisher’s conduct in March, after allegations from last July came to light.
After an internal investigation, Fisher was charged by the Attorney General’s office.
His preliminary hearing is set for October 23.
