The Blair County District Attorney’s office and multiple police departments have announced the arrest of five people involved in the drug delivery death of Joshua Blowers.

Blowers was found dead on his bathroom floor on May 31 by the Tyrone Bureau Police Department. Officials say he overdosed from both heroin and fentanyl. 

Officials also found that the drugs were packaged in bags that had the phrase “Ride or Die” on them that originated from Newark, NJ. 

Shariff Lucas, Robert Noel, Kyler Johnson, Angela Miles, Johnson Noel, and Chris Tremmell are all facing charges in connection to Blower’s death. Police say they were supplying the Tyrone area with large amounts of heroin.
