A home burst into flames Thursday night, and spread to the next house in Altoona.

It happened at the intersection of 3rd Street and Walnut Avenue, right near UPMC Altoona. 911 officials say the call came in just before 9:00 p.m.

There’s no word yet on what caused the fire or if anyone was injured.
