A local organization is looking for some extra hands to help students in the Altoona area.
The Mountain Lion BackPack program provides kids in need with bags of food for weekend meals.
Bag packing nights are every Thursday at 5 p.m.
If you want to get involved, you’re asked to go to the program’s warehouse space in Dormain’s Sport Performance and Scorchin Boxing Gym on Beale Ave.
