CRESSON, CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) —  Mount Aloysius College nursing students collected items and baskets to help support the Easter for Eli organization. 

This is the second year that students from Mount Aloysius supported the cause. 

Easter for Eli collects Easter baskets that will be delivered to children who are hospitalized over the Easter Holiday. 

Last year the organization donated 5,000 baskets and $480 worth of gift cards to children in 16 hospitals. 

Children in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Ohio, D.C., West Virginia, and Delaware’s Easter holiday was made brighter by receiving the baskets.
