Local florists and candy shops will be buzzing today for the holiday of love.

We stopped by Kerr Kreations in Altoona Wednesday morning as they were getting prepped for the busy day. They had a fridge packed with arrangements and even overflow onto the floor. Deliveries began going out at around 7am.

They say it’s special to be a part of this holiday for people in the community. Operations Manager Chelsea Kerr said, “Whenever a guy can take home a beautiful arrangement to his wife or girlfriend for Valentine’s Day, you know, it’s a fun day because we can put a lot of smiles on people’s faces.”
