Attorney General Josh Shapiro announced more charges against a Johnstown pediatrician.
Doctor Johnnie Barto, 70, was arrested in January for indecent assault of a patient, and faced additional charges in March, for an indecent assault of a 14-year-old family relative.
The pediatrician now faces sexual abuse charges of another family relative.
Investigators say Barto assaulted the 7-year-old over several years, and started when she was just 3-years-old.
Attorney General Shapiro said his investigators are working with local police in Richland Township, and believe there are more victims of Barto. He’s urging them to come forward.
