State police have canceled the missing endangered persons alert for a young mother and daughter. They say 26-year-old Victoria Foutz  and her six year old daughter Odessa Bowes have been located and are safe.

Police issued an alert earlier today saying the pair were missing from Emporium and had been last seen today in Williamsport.
