A missing man in Johnstown has been found safe.
29-year-old Philip Grayson has been missing since Monday. Police say he was last seen at his house. His girlfriend reported that he went into the bathroom, and when she eventually went to check on him, he was gone.
Police do not suspect foul play, but they do say Grayson is psychotic, autistic, and possibly sucidal, along with other medical conditions.
