A federal judge that had been missing since Tuesday night, has been found.
91-year-old Edwin Kosik was found in Dunmore, Lackawanna County Thursday night. U.S. Marshals say they have video of him trying to enter a store in Covington Township, but it was closed. Instead of turning right to head home near Daleville to head home, he turned left.
Marshals say that he the judge has a mild case of memory loss.
