ALTOONA, Pa. (WTAJ) — The Altoona Police Department is looking for a woman and daughter who were last seen at 2:30 am.
25-year-old Harley Miller and her two-year-old daughter Ada Mae were last seen with her boyfriend, Adam Culter.
Police believe they were driving in a white 2001 Mazda sedan. Police also believe neither have a cell phone on them.
