The Pennsylvania State Police will pay tribute to Trooper Landon Weaver at a memorial ceremony Tuesday.
It’s part of the annual event they have to remember all members killed in the line of duty. Hundreds of troopers from across the state will be joined by several members of the Weaver family as the Pennsylvania State Police Cross is presented to Weaver’s wife, Macy.
The award is presented posthumously to the next of kin of a member whose life was lost under honorable circumstances in the performance of duty.
