ALTOONA, Pa. (WTAJ) — Folks lined the streets in Altoona Monday morning for the annual Memorial Day Parade.
Military members past-and-present, were among the crowd and those marching.
The parade started on 8th Avenue and 17th Street, ending with a special ceremony at the Robert E. Laws Veterans’ Mall.
