Police in Blair County are searching for a fugitive who is facing felony drug delivery charges.

Altoona police are looking for Robert “Pappy” Mills.

Investigators said he spends time in Altoona, Bellwood and Tyrone.

Police got an anonymous tip that Mills was telling his friends he was out on bail, however, police said Mills is still wanted.
