LAWRENCE TOWNSHIP, CLEARFIELD COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — A man will spend multiple years in prison for animal cruelty and drug charges in Clearfield County.
Skylar Williams, 22, is charged for shooting a dog in Lawrence Twp. last December. Police say they also found drugs and stolen guns in his room when they took him into custody.
A judge has sentenced him to six to eight years on those charges.
The woman involved, Morgan Reffitt, was sentenced in April. She is currently serving 90 days to one year in prison, with two years probation.
