A Johnstown man accused of killing a Westmont woman in her home pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter today.
39-year-old Marcus Taczanowsky killed Jessie Gordon in her Westmont home in November 2017. The 34-year-old Gordon died from her injuries about a week later.
The D.A.’s office tells WTAJ that earlier this month a judge dissmissed murder and voluntary manslaughter charges against Taczanowksy, citing a lack of evidence.
Taczanowsky’s sentencing is scheduled for February 5.
