Police are investigating after a Somerset County man was hit by a car and killed Monday evening.
Police say just after 5:30 p.m., Craig Hamer was crossing Stutzmantown Road in Somerset Township, when he was hit by a Chevy Cobalt.
He was taken to the hospital but died soon after.
We’re told the driver of that car did stop to try and help the victim. No word yet on whether any charges will be filed.
