Police are investigating a deadly crash in Centre County. It happened around 8 a.m. Wednesday near the Ace Hardware Parking lot in Milesburg.

Police say a 79-year-old man pulled out of the parking lot and into the path of an SUV traveling on old Rt 220.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the SUV was taken to Mt. Nittany Medical Center.
