A Blair County man is facing sexual assault charges.
State Police say Luke Kauruter, 21, of Williamsburg had sex with a 15 year old girl sometime between January 30th and February 28th.
State Police started their investigation on May 31. Kauruter was arrested and arraigned Tuesday on charges of statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors and indecent assault.
Police say Kauruter was able to post bail and remains in the Blair County Prison. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for next week.
