A Blair County man is facing multiple charges after crashing his vehicle into a stream.
According to Logan Township Police, Jeff Novak, 27, from Bellwood, was found slumped over in his truck sitting in a stream in the area of the North 8th Street bridge and Old 6th Avenue just after 9:30 p.m. on December 7.
The truck was still running at the time.
A blood test confirmed Novak was under the influence of a variety of drugs and also had paraphernalia in his truck.
His charges include DUI and Possession of a small amount of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia.
