A Centre County man is facing charges after a lengthy overnight standoff.
State Police were called to a home on Walnut Road in Snow Shoe Township Saturday night after receiving reports of an assault.
When they arrived, we’re told Frank Furl III, 53, threatened to shoot the officers and refused to leave the home
The State Police Emergency Response Team was called in and Furl was eventually taken into custody unharmed.
He’s charged with aggravated assault, but we’re told other charges are pending.
