Pennsylvania State Troopers in Rush Township responded last Friday night after a man exposed himself at a Uni-Mart on Nichols Lane in Phillipsburg.
When they arrived at the store, they found that the man exposed his privates to the store clerk prior to paying for his items.
The investigation is ongoing.
