UPDATE: Bedford County Coroner Russell Styer has identified the kayaker as 21 year old David Boll Herr of Schellsburg. The cause has been ruled as an accidental drowning.
He went missing around noon, Memorial Day at Shawnee State Park. Several crews were on scene for most of the day.
