Jordan Lee, 37, is facing charges, including simple assault and disorderly conduct, following an incident that occurred Sunday morning on Hench Circle in Altoona.
Police say Lee was allegedly honking his car horn, causing Trevor Snowberger, 27, to come out of his apartment to tell Lee to stop. Lee responded by pulling out a collapsible baton and began moving towards Snowberger.
Snowberger, who has a concealed carry permit, drew his firearm and Lee dropped his weapon. Snowberger held Lee on the ground until police arrived.
