One man is dead and a woman was seriously injured following a head on crash in Huntingdon County Sunday afternoon.

Police say two cars collided head-on along William Penn Highway in Mill Creek. 

John Benson, a passenger in one of the vehicles was flown to the hospital where he later died. The driver of that car was also flown to UPMC Altoona with serious injuries.

According to State Police, the driver and passenger in the other truck had minor injuries. The investigation into what caused the crash is ongoing.
