A 21-year old man is facing charges, accused of raping a minor.
Police in Emporium, Cameron County say Norman Pettit II was babysitting three minors on April 22 when three more minors came over.
Pettit allegedly gave them marijuana before raping one minor and inappropriately touching another.
He is currently in the Potter County Jail.
