Logan Township Police responded Tuesday at 12:27 a.m. to a man trapped under a forklift at the Giant Eagle in the Logan Towne Center.
William Grayson, Jr., 41, was released and taken to UPMC Altoona where UPMC Police found a firearm.
Grayson is not eligible to conceal carrying this handgun without a valid and lawfully issued license, as well as being ineligible due to previous convicted felonies.
He is facing multiple charges.
