A State College man has been arrested in connection to the death of a PennDot worker back in February.
Hu Guanglong is facing several charges including homicide by vehicle, reckless endangerment, and careless driving.
State Police say that suspect lost control of his vehicle on interstate 99 near Altoona, and hit Robert Gensimore — who was working at the scene of an earlier crash.
Police say Guanglong was driving at least 65 miles per hour, which was to fast for those winter conditions.
