A man is behind bars Wednesday after driving under the influence with a one-year-old girl in his car.
26-year-old Trenton Biddle of Altoona was suspected to be under the influence of marijuana when he was stopped by police on East Pleasant Valley Boulevard in Antis Township in late July.
23-year-old Kelsey Belardi, also of Altoona, allowed her 1-year old daughter to ride in the back of the car knowing Biddle was under the influence.
Biddle is facing charges for endangering the welfare of a child, recklessly endangering another, and a DUI.
Belardi is also facing charges.
