An Osterburg man is facing sexual assault charges.
State Police in Bedford County say Joseph Garman sexually assaulted the victim when she was six years old. The victim is now 13.
The incidents allegedly happened between September 2009 – June 2011.
The 59 year was arraigned Tuesday and bail set at $150,000.
