Charges have been filed after police say a man caused a deadly fire by crash his car into an Indiana County gas station.

James Brown is accused of driving under the influence when he left the road, plowed through a pair of fuel pumps, and crashed in to Pikel’s Top Tier Service Station. That crashed caused the station to burst into flames and trapped a 52-year-old employee.

Brown is facing multiple charges including homicide by vehicle. The passenger was not charged.
