A New Jersey man was arrested in Blair County after Altoona Police seized 15 bricks of heroin and an ounce of crack-cocaine.
Officials said Dorian Mincey was detained when he arrived in Altoona on an Amtrak train.
The heroin that was found has an estimated street value of $15,000 and the crack values at $2,600.
Mincey was taken to Blair County Central Booking for processing and arraignment.
