Logan Township Police have arrested the man they say robbed a woman at gunpoint at the Logan Valley Mall last Sunday.

Justin Harf, 30, of Altoona, is accused of stealing the woman’s purse in the mall parking lot.

Harf was arrested at his Altoona home at 3 p.m. Friday and was taken to the Blair County Prison.
