The driver allegedly involved in an ATV crash that killed a local high school student is behind bars this morning.

Trenton Bilak from Everett, Bedford County, was arrested Monday for violating his bond in a previous DUI related case.

District Attorney Bill Higgins tells WTAJ he believes Bilak was intoxicated at the time of the crash that killed Hollidaysburg Senior Mikayla Focht, but toxicology reports are still being processed.

Bilak is currently being held at the Bedford County Jail. The Blair County District Attorney’s Office is still investigating the ATV crash.
