A young man has been arrested in a Clearfield armed robbery.
Clearfield Police responded to an armed robbery at the Pantry 1 Petroleum, located on Bigler Avenue at 9:03 p.m. on Thursday.
Police found that the young man entered the store at closing time with a handgun and demanded money from the employee.
The man then fled the scene with the money and police were able to follow his path in the fresh snow back to his house.
He was taken into custody and the money and firearm were recovered.
He was transferred to the Clearfield County Juvenile Probation.
