A Somerset man was charged with growing and distributing marijuana.
Ralph William Kemp, 34, was charged with marijuana possession, intending to sell, and three counts of endangering the welfare of children.
Police investigated Kemp’s property on Listonburg Road in Confluence, PA October 10 at 11:17 a.m. where police found that Kemp was growing and packaging marijuana at his house.
Kemp was placed in the Somerset County Jail with a $10,000 bail.
