FRANKSTOWN TWP., BLAIR COUNTY, Pa. – A 19-year-old is in jail after police say he raped a 12-year-old girl.

State Police in Hollidaysburg arrested Donovan Lynch, from Hollidaysburg, after a report accusing him of that crime was filed last Tuesday.

Lynch remains in the Blair County Prison.

His preliminary hearing is set for Tuesday morning.
