Rockview State Police arrested a man after he allegedly assaulted a mother and her baby.
Police said Harley Harpster threatened and physically assaulted a 19-year-old woman and her son who’s less than a year old.
The 22-year-old suspect from Julian allegedly made the threats back on December 4 in Huston Township.
Harpster is charged with making terroristic threats and will appear in court.
