A Johnstown man accused of shooting and killing a teenager will spend between 6 and 13 years behind bars.
According to the Tribune Democrat, Reginald Harris jr. was sentenced for manslaughter and possession of a firearm yesterday, in connection to the killing of 17 year old Kasper Martin.
Harris shot Martin on Pine Street in November of 2016.
He reportedly told that victim’s family that he’s sorry for what happened, and that he thinks about it every day.
