A Reynoldsville man is in the Jefferson County Jail, facing several charges after police say they found him illegally tattooing minors.
Marc Panzer was found by police inside of an apartment off of Main Street on August 8th. While searching the apartment on a warrant, police found evidence that he was in fact tattooing minors, some who were inside of the apartment at the time.
Drugs were also found during the search.
